About Botanica Lakes Homeowners Association
There are 685 homes, we are not in walking distance of theaters, restaurants etc. We are however, in driving distance of those things.
Community
Residents gather in several groups that meet to enjoy discussion and activities of mutual interest.
Neighborhood
Not every house in our community has double car garages. Some homes are on the sidewalk, the homes on the other side of the street do not have a sidewalk.
Accessibility
Our community is a home to people of all ages and physical abilities. Strollers, wheelchairs can be easily used.
Energy
Our homes do not have photovoltaic panels or solar water heaters that are street level. We have LED powered streetlights, and parking lot lights.
