Events

  • Please print, fill out and submit reservation forms to the Botanica Lakes management office. Hard copies are available right on the foyer outside of the office.
  • Reservations will only be considered if requested at least 2 weeks before the event date.
  • All social hall/pavilion renters will receive an email that includes lock codes for their rented facility 1 to 2 business days before their event.
  • Only one party per day in the social hall.
  • Please check the calendar dates for facility availability.
  • GROUPS, CLASSES, AND ACTIVITIES MUST SUBMIT A YEARLY APPLICATION AND UPDATE
  • Add your party guest list into your Dwelling Live account to ensure all attendants may gain access to the community.
  • YOUR ROOM RESERVATIONS EACH QUARTER.  Jan-Mar: room dates due by Nov, April-June: room dates by Feb, July-Sept: room dates do by May, Oct-Dec: room dates due by Aug.  No Exceptions. 
HOA Sponsored Events and Management Meetings will supersede reservations.
****All homeowners delinquent in monthly dues will have their reservations denied.
